Amie Boakye

hey bestie! i’m amie, a certified personal trainer, justice storyteller, recent college grad 🎓, and phd student living in spain 🇪🇸.

i blend fitness, mental health, and justice cinematography to help people not only heal but rise. from prison interviews to protest documentaries, from gym floors to global stages, i’ve made it my mission to serve, speak, and show up.

here, we move with purpose. we lift heavy: in the gym and in life. if you’re chasing strength, clarity, or just someone who gets it…you’re in the right place.

come for the fire. stay for the impact. let’s grow, glow, and grind together. subscribe & join the movement.
