47-year-old wanna be rule-breaker with 20 years running TV production companies (Lion Eyes Television, The Den Post Production). Professional video director for major live shows (Diana Ross, Matthew Bourne productions), now applying the same "whatever works better" philosophy to music production.
Started as a session drummer in the 90s, spent decades in video/film, recently got obsessed with making DnB the completely wrong way - electronic drums through guitar amps, phone sampling, USB-C adapters, whatever works.
Currently breaking barriers in Manchester, UK. Owner of small record label Warehouse City Records, co-founder of FluxQX digital products company.
Philosophy: If the industry says don't do it, that's probably exactly what you should do.
Current mission: Proving that institutional gatekeeping in creative fields is obsolete. One sweaty drum session at a time.
