Uncovered with Rick Rodgers

Welcome to Uncovered with Rick Rodgers. If you love cookbooks, food history, great recipes, and the stories people usually save for after dinner, you’re in the right place. Uncovered takes you on my personal journey behind the scenes of the cookbook world, from celebrity kitchens and unforgettable dinner parties to publishing hits and misses, restaurant adventures, food and cookbook publishing trends, and the mouthwatering recipes that I collected on the way.

I’m Rick Rodgers, an award-winning cookbook author, ghostwriter, teacher, and culinary insider with more than a hundred cookbooks under my belt, literally and figuratively. I’ve spent over four decades writing my own books and helping celebrities, chefs, and major brands tell their stories through food. Along the way, I’ve collected a lifetime of stories with colorful detours through the sexual and food revolutions.
