I share relaxing, high-quality, POV virtual cycling rides across South West London/Surrey. From the peaceful gravel of the Richmond Park Tamsin Trail & the gentle tarmac ring road, to the scenic riverside views along the Thames Path. 

Suffering AS, RA, OA, Perthes',—plus a total hip replacement last year—I got back on my bike just 3 months after surgery. Now, I cycle gently to keep moving, heal, and enjoy the open air.
