Richard Runs Trails

Richard Runs Trails has live shows and videos discussing trail running, weightlifting, Zwift cycling, stock trading, astronomy, college football, and world events. I travel to the Cocodona trail running mecca every May to run the Cocodona 250 or a sister race. My current goals are to finish Arkansas Traveler 100 for 2nd time, finish Cocodona 250 which I have DNFed twice, complete Sedona Canyons 125 in 2027, and increase bench press to 315 lbs. My long term stretch goal on bench press is 405 lbs.
