The Rhythms of Resource shows you how to come back to your body, regulated your nervous system, tolerate strong emotions, and discover embodied ways to grow. Allow me to guide you in that process! 

I'm a somatic psychotherapist (LMFT) who understands the rawness and resilience of being human. Taking a trauma-informed approach to therapy, coaching, and teaching, I bring warmth and curiosity to these offerings. A life-long mover, I've been practicing yoga (vinyasa, yin, and hatha) and conscious dance for over two decades. I also taught fitness classes for a spell. I love weaving the somatic with the psychological with the spiritual, guiding folks back to their vitality in order to thrive in our increasingly complex and chaotic world.
