Rhythm and Resolve Therapy Services

Hello, my name is Davida Price and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, board certified music therapist, and trained yoga teacher with a private practice in San Diego, California.
These videos represent grounding and balancing exercises that I do with my clients at the beginning of our sessions. 
Please note that watching these videos is not a replacement for seeking counseling. Nor are these exercises helpful to everyone. If you experience a high level of discomfort with meditation and breathing, please do not try doing these exercises without professional support. Please stop doing the exercise if you feel discomfort, shortness of breath, disconnected from your body, or flooded by thoughts/images/memories.
