I’m Sarah McGuinness, founder of Revolutionaries of Wellbeing (ROW) and a workplace wellbeing specialist with a background in psychology. In 2020, I hit rock bottom with burnout, and recovery was a long road. It opened my eyes to how many others were struggling. That’s why I created ROW – to break burnout culture for good.
