Restorative Wellness Project

Welcome to Restorative Counselling!

We are primarily a group service, but also offer counselling, coaching and EMDR to clients engaged in the RWP Group Project:
Our Restorative Wellness Project is geared to assist people in healing complex trauma through a 4-6 month combination of weekly group therapy and counselling sessions / check-ins as needed.
-Individual counselling for youth age 15 to adults 100+ 
-Dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep issues/insomnia, depression, grief/bereavement, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, co-occurring disorders, addictions, domestic abuse, employment issues, crisis situations, trauma and parenting issues, or parent/teen conflict. 
-Special services also include "walk therapy"  or "adventure therapy" (e-bike rides) for those that would prefer to be out in nature, at the beach or elsewhere in the community for individual sessions (as Covid- appropriate.)
