Restcue · Gym Rest Timer

Restcue is the rest timer for lifting that you never have to touch mid-workout.

It runs on your Apple Watch: it times the rest between sets, taps your wrist when rest is up, and detects the moment you start your next set, so the timer moves on by itself. Put the phone away and lift.

On this channel: short clips on rest times, gym etiquette, training without your phone, and how Restcue works.
