Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals

Founded in 1980, Rentex is one of the nation’s largest and most trusted wholesale providers of professional AV rental equipment. We specialize in cross-rentals and subrentals, supplying high-quality, name-brand AV equipment to AV rental companies, staging and production companies, in-house AV teams, and live event professionals throughout the U.S.

With 13 warehouses, one of the largest AV rental inventories in the country, same-day delivery, and 24/7 technical support, Rentex helps keep productions, meetings, corporate events, hotel AV setups, and live events running smoothly from coast to coast.

As a strategic rental partner, we augment our customers’ inventories rather than compete with them. We don’t produce shows—we provide reliable AV equipment, responsive service, and the support our customers need to deliver successful events.

Rent from a Partner, Not a Competitor.
