Mr. Dilip Kumar is the Director of “Reliable Tree Educational Services” A name to reckon, in Indian recruitment & training Industry. He is a graduate with 7 years of work experience in the industry and more than 5 years of experience in Skill Development, Training, and placement.

While serving the industry he noticed a big gap between the manpower demands in Industry verses skill set availability in the market. To select one candidate, he used to take at least 100 interviews which used to be mammoth but fruitless task. He felt a need for himself to serve the youth for making them powerful and compatible with the industry. To make this happen he started his own firm in 2020 with the name of Reliable Tree Educational Services.
