Twenty-two years at the World Health Organization, supporting health systems work across 20+ countries. This channel exists because when institutional funding ended in 2025, a choice was made: keep the research institutional or put it directly into practitioners' hands.

We chose practitioners.

The Map of Relational Awareness makes visible what is already shaping every clinical encounter: state, rhythm, signal, co-regulation, and what gets named or stays hidden. Not resilience training. Not communication skills. The biological and relational infrastructure that determines whether care remains possible under pressure.

For health and workers, community health workers, and allied professionals who refuse to let the system consume their humanity.
