Rubén Bel · AI, Wisely

I'm Rubén Bel, an AI consultant for small and mid-sized businesses. My approach is AI with judgment: first I understand how your business works, then I choose the tool, not the other way around.

I have spent more than 20 years in digital business, and today I work with my own development team, rcIA dev. We bring order where there is chaos with three tools that adapt to the way you work: • Agentes 168: AI agents that answer your customers by phone and WhatsApp, around the clock. • Trazabis: five apps to organise paperwork, deliveries, projects, quotes and customers. • Custom software: if it doesn't exist yet, we build it for you.

On this channel I explain, in plain language, how to use AI in sales, customer service, operations and marketing: real cases, step-by-step tutorials and lessons from the history of technology that explain what is happening today. Videos are in Spanish.
