Welcome! I’m Reggiee.

A few months ago, I decided to stop making excuses and start working on myself. This channel is where I’m documenting that journey.

You’ll see my workouts, fat loss journey, the meals I’m eating, fitness tips, and everything I’m doing to become healthier, stronger, and more confident.

I’m not here to pretend I know it all, I’m just sharing what works for me and bringing you along for the ride.

If you’re trying to lose weight, build muscle, become more confident, or simply level up your life, hit subscribe and let’s do it together.
