Hey, I'm Tracy.  I picked up a "proper" camera at 37 and decided to figure out what all the cool shiny buttons did...  [enter my Peter McKinnon binge phase]...

So here I am, 7 or 8 years later, and I've realised why I love it so much.  Why I'm SO passionate about photographing families and kids and moments.  The other day I got a gift - our small town photography company for the last probably 60 years, is cleaning out all their look books and negatives - and the owner, Jan, popped into work the other day and gave me my parents look book and my cousins' wedding negatives... I had to go out the back to compose myself - that little time vault, seeing my grandparents and great grandparents, my Aunt who passed away a few years ago, other aunts and uncles - it was priceless.

That time capsule - for both then, and for me today.
