Rebounce is the brainchild of industry leaders Akshat Agarwal, a seasoned Public Policy Expert, and Jigyasu Agarwal, a Political Strategist, both of whom were once UPSC aspirants. We are here to support, mentor, upskill and re-skill aspirants and make them ready for a fulfilling career of their choice.
