It's so lovely to have you here on the channel! I'm sharing these sleep affirmation and meditation videos, to help people, relax, unwind and sleep easy, with a friendly voice/soothing music to drift off to. 

However, these affirmations and so much more powerful than just helping you sleep. What you listen to as you fall asleep has the potential to shape your life and future experiences because, as you are falling asleep, and throughout the night, your brain waves are predominantly in theta brainwave state. This state is akin to hypnosis, making you more susceptible to receiving these messages.

The more you consciously choose what you are listening to when sleeping, the more you can shape your unconscious thoughts/self concept, which in turn will change your thoughts, feelings, and most importantly, your actions and what you create in your life.
