Kimberly is on a mission to empower people to take back their fight through specialized exercise and dance. For over 30 years, Kimberly has trained individuals with a wide range of needs, specializing in Parkinson’s, cardiovascular disease and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Today Kimberly owns the Rebel Fit Club which includes a large Rock Steady Boxing program. Today there are nearly 500 fighters in 45+ classes/week all over the Portland Metro and SW Washington areas, with our virtual classes going out all over the world. Kimberly is a regular speaker at conferences spotlighting her work and the great results the participants are seeing.
