Hi, my name is Rebecca Selena. I’m a sound practitioner with ethereal vocals and a yoga guide. 

My work is devoted to supporting your wellbeing in its deepest form: guiding you back to your true nature, reconnecting you with the fullness of life, and empowering you to shape a way of living that feels aligned, grounded and authentically yours.

Through sound, rest and embodied presence, I create spaces where you can soften, remember and return home to yourself.
