Lori Martinez | Realtor and Investor

Hi, I’m Lori Martinez, a REALTOR® with the Heirloom Team at Real, serving Greenville and the surrounding Upstate.

I believe real estate decisions should feel informed and supported—not confusing or pressured. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, relocating, or considering an investment, I’ll help you understand your options and choose the path that makes the most sense for you.

As a real estate investor myself, I bring a practical eye for property values, renovations, market potential, and the numbers behind a smart decision.

Our team also specializes in helping seniors and their families navigate major transitions, including downsizing, moving closer to family, and coordinating estate sales or auctions.

My approach is friendly, honest, and straightforward. If you’re looking for an agent who will listen carefully, explain things clearly, and genuinely look out for you, I would love to talk with you.
