RealLife Dietitian

Hi! I'm Amrita, your RealLife Dietitian. I am a Dietitian and Diabetes Educator and will be using this space to bring you evidence-based, no-nonsense nutrition information

Here, I will create Women's Health specific content - about PMS, Periods, PCOS and Pregnancy. Women have unique nutrition needs and this is what I'm going to help you figure out!

I absolutely LOVE food and so you'll see that I often show you ways to tweak and adjust ingredients and portion of all foods so that they can suit your health needs - you dont need to stop eating food you like just for your health!
