Kim Washburn | Real Talk

I've been called too much for most of my life. Loud. Dramatic. Intense. Emotional. Turns out, it all saved me.

I'm Kim Washburn. Cuban, despite what the name suggests. I'm 53, wife, a mother of two adults, a goldsmith, artist, mental health advocate, back in school — and still figuring it out, out loud.

The "real" in @realkimwashburn is about honesty, not verification. I am direct, I want to be told the truth and I'd rather tell the truth than be told what we would like to hear.

What I won't do: call you out, make you feel guilty, or tell you how to live. These are unscripted conversations, as I have them — what I've lived, questioned, and started to see differently and most importantly live differently.
