Tampa Bay Brokerage - Tampa Bay Real Estate

Welcome to Tampa Bay Brokerage—where real estate meets lifestyle, local knowledge & personality.

I’m Maribel Kordomenos (aka: Mary Delgado), Broker/Owner of Tampa Bay Brokerage & Mary Delgado Realty. I’ve worked with buyers, sellers, investors & major REITs, including more than $500 million in real estate acquisitions in a single year.

You may recognize me from ABC’s The Bachelor, but these days, the reality I’m most interested in is real estate.

Come beyond the listing photos as we tour incredible homes, explore Tampa Bay neighborhoods, uncover investment opportunities, break down what properties are really worth & talk honestly about the market.

From Tampa & St. Pete to our beaches and waterfront communities, I’ll show you not just where to live—but what it’s like to live here.

No scripted sales pitch. Just real estate, real insight & a little fun.
