"In the Army, a SitRep is a status report—telling command where you are and how the fight is going. I was an XO in the 11th Armored Cavalry and a Coach .. High School through Division-I; worked with individual players and youth programs, as well as professionals, but my toughest scouting report came in 2024: a terminal cancer diagnosis and six months to live.

Two years later, I'm still here. This is Overtime, where we break down the 'shop math' of a life well-lived, from the Philly playgrounds to the Fulda Gap, and the lessons learned when the clock is winding down but the game isn't over.

This channel is a series of short, field reports on resilience, leadership, and the 'Next Play' mentality.
Whether you're a coach, a veteran, or someone facing their own 4th quarter, join me as we prove that the game isn't won or lost by the scoreboard—it's won by the man who refuses to sub out. Welcome to the second overtime."
