Rankie America

All content on our channel is edited, reviewed, and published with the appropriate permissions or licensing. In Our channel the voices is the video is made up of AI. Our videos are created to add new value and perspective to the original source material rather than reposting or replacing it. We do not upload unedited clips or direct reuploads. Every video is transformed through selective editing, trimming, and rearranging footage to improve pacing and fit our commentary/ranking format. We also add original elements such as on-screen commentary, opinions, rankings, custom titles, music, transitions, and sound design to create a unique viewing experience. Each upload combines multiple edited clips together into one original piece of content, rather than relying on a single source clip. Every video includes our own creative input and editorial work throughout, making the final result transformative in nature and intended to fall under fair use principles under U.S. copyright law.
