All of our video we take and post on YouTube, whether it be for all of our out-of-state bidders on a large piece of land and/or home that they can't make the showing, or even for anyone who doesn't have time to look over an item we are selling at auction that has an engine so it can be heard and seen working before placing a bid. We try to take as many photos as possible but sometimes pictures just don't do some things justice.

We always encourage our bidders to preview an item they want before bidding but if they can't, at least a video might give them a little piece of mind. We make sure to post the auction date, time the auction starts, and lot number so anyone online who sees the video before the auction knows they still have the availability or not to bid, when by, and where at.
