After moving to Miami at 22, he embarked on a 27-year career in law enforcement, earning various accolades including a Firearms instructor certificate. In 2008, he established a Podcast to educate the public on law enforcement and related issues. Following his retirement in 2016, Al dedicated himself to imparting the skills acquired during his career.
