Rachelle Edwards, Realtor, Heartland Properties

Hi, I’m Rachelle Edwards, a REALTOR® with Heartland Properties, serving Council Bluffs, Omaha, and the surrounding Iowa and Nebraska communities.

I was born and raised in Council Bluffs, and this community is still home. I believe real estate is about a lot more than buying or selling a property. It’s about people, families, businesses, investments, and the communities we choose to be part of.

I help clients with residential, commercial, and investment real estate, and I approach every transaction the way I would if I were helping my own family. That means honest advice, local market knowledge, experience, communication, and making sure you understand your options so you can make the decision that’s right for you.

Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, investing, relocating, or you simply have a real estate question, I’m always happy to be a resource.
