Fire Education and Prevention w/ Eng Osborne retd

I am a CA SFM certified fire inspector 1 and 2 (formerly called fire prevention specialist) and I was a certified SFM CFSTES Instructor, but have switched my teaching to the community college level teaching at Mt San Antonio College (AKA Mt SAC), College of the Canyons (AKA COC) and Oxnard Community College (no AKA!). I welcome comments and questions, but know that I am no longer serving in fire prevention and will always do my best to answer but usually will point you as to where to find your answers in the code or NFPA Standards.
