Zaid bin Sabit (655 AD) was the first person to collect the Qur'an, as he used to write down the verses and surahs recited by Muhammad, the prophet of Allah. In this way, it was Zaid bin Sabhit who collected the verses and gave the Quran the form of a book. Abu Bakr got its original copy.
