In each video, I share my personal journey through the sudden loss of my beloved  brother and the grief that followed. After sharing a part of my story, we take a moment in nature to reflect. More than often it will be somewhere in Northern Ireland  - filled only with the natural sights snd sounds of creation. The sole aim is to let the beauty of nature help lift the spirits and soften the pain.  We close each video with a prayer or reading.
