I’ve worn many hats in this life. I owned a flower shop and ran a state-approved floral design school right behind it. As part of that business, my team and I provided wedding services and catering. I’m retired from the federal government and have also taught part-time at a community college.

But through it all, I started cooking at the age of 12—and it has remained my greatest passion.

You may hear me wishing you great blessings—that’s because I’m a devout Christian, and my faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything I do.
