QuadraCoach

QuadraCoach is all about running, offering personal coaching, online help, and bespoke schedules to runners worldwide.

This channel will not be about us but will provide some extra, entertaining sports-related information.

Some upcoming features:

"15 on Friday"
This will all be about athletes (not only runners) from all over the world and their stories.
It is going to be our first series where we will do a short Q&A with athletes to get to know them, what they do and what drives them.

"Race Course Maps"
Flybys of road races from all over the world, both from the past and present
