Empowering leaders - Through creative ways of leadership development, by training and spiritual encouragement that helps release them into their area of gifting and passion.

Enabling churches- in their calling to children, young people and leaders, by training, encouraging vision, helping them find their direction, and ensuring good follow up.

Equipping interns -- By running an effective training programme that will develop, equip and challenge people's gifts, heart and ministry.
