Welcome to Psychotherapy for Spiritual Life, a psychotherapy practice based in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada and rooted in the sacred meeting place between psychology and spirituality. Since 2013, I have met with people from all walks of life navigating many different kinds of challenges. It has always been deeply important to me to help individuals draw upon their own spiritual and religious beliefs and resources—not only to address the immediate concerns they face, but also to strengthen their spirit for the years to come.
