PS Face Yoga

Welcome! I'm Päivi Salminen, a Face Yoga teacher and teacher trainer, yoga teacher, and author. I help people of all ages and genders understand how they use their facial muscles, so that they can look and feel relaxed and youthful. My own journey with facial exercises began in childhood through speech therapy and later continued through modelling.

On my channel, you'll find:
✨ Face Yoga exercises
✨ Facial muscle activation & relaxation
✨ Face massage
✨ Jaw and facial tension release
✨ Head, neck & tongue posture
✨ Tips for a more refreshed appearance

If you'd like to practise with me in a complete, uninterrupted session, have a look at my
