PROJECT HYPEMAN

I'm learning to build myself as an athlete, and for now running is my main training ground.
Through fitness I'm discovering discipline, resilience, small improvements, and the mental blocks that come with them.
I'll share the journey: the progress, the mistakes, the rough days, and the moments when I understand something new about myself.

Project Hypeman is a journey of personal growth that begins with sport – and can expand wherever the mind is able to go.
