Self In Process

Welcome to Self Process,

Greetings I'm Abhay Denis,

I am a contemplative, meaning, I reflect about existence and being, I meditate and seek deeper and broader contact with truth. Here, on this channel and on my Instagram channel, I share a perspective on metaphysics, and esoteric concepts. Review the material here and seek truth for yourself.

I offer 1-to-1 meditation sessions for free, starting at 12 in Bute Park on Saturdays, contact me in advance to notify attendance.

I offer 1-to-1 sessions, meaning, a person centred approach for facilitation of discovering the internal healing capacities of your own mind, self and being through meditation and mindful dialogue. This can be done online or in-person.

May all be well and Happy.
