Primori Olive Oil

Primori was born from a vision: to create a pure, premium olive oil that reflects the beauty and heritage of Puglia.

On our estate in Oria, we cultivate hundreds of Favolosa and Leccino olive trees — varieties carefully selected for both outstanding flavor and resilience.

Each harvest uses tradtional techniques, cold pressing with care to preserve the richness of polyphenols, delivering an olive oil that is vibrant, authentic, and deeply connected to its land of origin.

Primori is more than a name; it is a promise of excellence, authenticity, and Italian tradition in every bottle.
