Dr. Ronald A. Primas is a travel medicine expert and is doubly credentialed in Travel Medicine by the leading national and international organizations in Travel Health. He is certified in Clinical Tropical Medicine and Travelers’ Health from the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and certified in Travel Medicine from the International Society of Travel Medicine. Dr. Primas is a board-certified and doubly re-certified internist, a preventive medicine specialist, and a Fellow in the American College of Physicians and the American College of Preventive Medicine.
Often likened to a modern day Marcus Welby MD, Dr. Primas is the recipient of the prestigious American Academy of Home Care Physicians House Call Doctor of the Year Award and a recipient of the AMA Physician Recognition Award.
