Sisters with OCD

We’re sisters with OCD, sharing the thoughts, habits, therapy lessons, and everyday moments that come with living with an anxious brain.

We’re also the founders of Presently, a mental health brand inspired by the reminders we learned in therapy and wanted to keep close outside of it.

Expect honest conversations about OCD, anxiety, rumination, uncertainty, relationships, and what it actually looks like to practice the tools you know when your brain is being particularly loud.
