Prefect. Trust the Analog.

I’m Thomas. After 20 years in software engineering, I’m moving from binary to analog—building my “retirement job” as an independent auto dealer, with characterful cars, vintage electronics, and things worth preserving.

Software and automation are familiar territory. I’m putting that experience—and AI—to work behind the scenes while I learn more hands-on skills, build a business, and get my hands dirty.

Expect Mercedes-Benz G-Class projects, workshop stories, and honest conversations about turning personal interests into a livelihood: the work, the learning, the selling, and the relationships that make it worthwhile.

We don’t have to love the same things to learn from each other. If you’re building your own next chapter, welcome to mine.
