In My Own Way… Anna Grek

"In My Own Way" is a podcast that takes you on a journey into the depths of the human psyche.

Through my knowledge and experience, as well as conversations with guests and experts, I explore what shapes us, helping you better understand yourself, the people around you, and the reality we live in.

With curiosity and an open mind, I ask the questions that stay with us. I explore different perspectives, challenge familiar ways of thinking, and make space for the difficult, uncomfortable, and often misunderstood parts of life.

There is no sugarcoating here.
No pretending.
Truth comes first.

So, make yourself comfortable and stay awhile.

Welcome to In My Own Way.
