Good vibes, positive affirmations and ASMR to help you relax, sleep or get trough difficult times

I never thought I would be doing YouTube stuff but ever since I found about ASMR I have been able to concentrate better, have deeper and more relaxing ssleep and cope better with my kids, so I thought I would share some of this goodness with you.

My commitment: I have been using positive affirmations for a long time, and have experienced the goodness in them, so I have decided to create videos with them to help others too. There are still very few, but I plan to upload new ones every week - it is harder than expected as I am not very good at audio / video editing, but I am commited to get this going :)

Just seeing you subscribe to the channel and commenting or liking the videos, gives me the fuel and strength to keep creating more and more content. We need to spread the positive thoughts as much as we can.
