Positive Doctor | G Lee, MD, PhD

Live healthy, but don't get trapped by health.
Health products everyone swears by: a doctor helps you pick only what you need.

Health is for your life, not the purpose of it.
Small steps over perfect control, and the next choice over past regrets.

A family medicine physician interprets health information based on medical evidence and helps you make better everyday choices.

From checkup numbers like HbA1c and cholesterol to digestion, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress, explained in plain language.

Trending foods, supplements, and fads are viewed from three angles:

① Evidence: Has it actually been shown to work?
② Marketing: Do the research and the ads say the same thing?
③ Cost and value: Do I need it, or can I skip it?

Even if few people watch today, I want to share information you can still trust years from now.
