Complex problems call for collective solutions. Our mission at the Pond-Deshpande Centre (PDC) is to bring people together to tackle complex challenges. To do that we use social innovation as a tool to address some of society’s most pressing challenges. We help our partners and clients to develop an inclusive workforce, invigorate civic innovation and create more just economic systems.

Our people, our position as part of the University of New Brunswick, and our innovation expertise allow us to be a knowledgeable and neutral convenor. We are an international voice, a national node, a dynamic regional hub, and an anchor institution in our province in social innovation.
