Hi, I’m Millie 👋

I’m the creator and owner of The Pocket Pilates brand — including my in-person Marbella studio, the PPOD online app, Sweat & Soul Retreats, and my instructor mentorship programme.

With 9 years of experience in the Pilates and fitness industry, I’ve developed a signature style that honours the roots of the practice while incorporating an athletic edge. My classes are designed to challenge you — leaving you feeling strong, worked, and empowered, but also energised and uplifted.

I’m passionate about helping you build a deeper connection to your body, both physically and mentally, while awakening your energy from the inside out.

If you want to leave class with your heart open and your booty lifted, Pocket Pilates is for you. 💫
