We are a Canadian-led team building a sustainable, intentional beachfront community on one of Nicaragua's last pristine black-sand beaches. Located just over an hour from Managua and a quick 45-minute drive from the historic colonial city of León, Playa Tesoro is more than a development – it's a vision of harmonious living.  Our goal: Create a vibrant town where the best of Nicaraguan warmth, community spirit, and family values blend seamlessly with North American innovation, sustainability, and quality of life.
