Playa Canela - Latin Lounge & Dance Music

Playa Canela - Latin Lounge & Dance Music from the Rhein Main-Area in Germany (near Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz).

"A smoother and more atmospheric style of Latin music"

that was the idea when Columbia born singer Sandra Milena and German guitarist Lule quit a typical Latin "Reggaeton"-band to form a duet on their own. In summer 2021 percussionist Alberto Martinez from Barranquilla/Columbia completed the band and this is its actual lineup:

Sandra Milena - vocals
Alberto Martinez - percussion, backing vocals
Lule - guitars, bass, keyboards, backing tracks and backing vocals

The band plays all kind of festivals, concerts, events, vernissages, weddings, in lounges, pubs, bars, vineries and cafés. Playa Canela fascinates the audience with an unique, authentic and very atmospheric insight into contemporary Latin pop and jazz music.
